The project consists of the construction of a building, R + 4, for use in the regional hospital center of the Rabat Sale Zemmour Zaer area.

When completed, the project will house 11 operating theaters, 37 single beds, 104 double beds, 28 treatment rooms, units of obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatric hospitalization.
